Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (AFROTC) – Summer Surge 2026 Procedures
Effective 20 May 2026, the hours of operation for the following dining facilities will change in support of AFROTC Summer Surge 2026. Please note: all hours are subject to change.
OTS Dining Facility (Bldg. 1485)
Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays
Breakfast: 5:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Riverfront Inn Dining Facility (Bldg. 668)
Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays
Breakfast: 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Lunch: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Facility Procedures
OTS Dining Facility: During the first 30 minutes of each meal period, AFROTC personnel will utilize both serving lines.
Riverfront Inn Dining Facility: During the first hour of each meal period, AFROTC personnel will utilize all three serving lines.
OTS Dining Facility
You can’t go to school on an empty stomach, and we’re prepare to supply a variety of food to help keep you going! This dining facility is used specifically for the Air Force Officer Training School.
OTS Dining Facility offers a full dining experience providing healthy nutritious selections along with traditional snack line menu options. All pricing is ala carte for cash-paying customers.
Things To Know
DRESS
Appropriate dress is required before entry. Tarnished/Soiled garments, revealing clothing, unkempt features, bare feet, or exposed undergarments are prohibited. Hats must be removed before entering the building.
GUESTS
Spouses and family members are permitted to eat at the facility in times of OTS Open House, Air Force Birthday, weekends, and special holidays. Must be accompanied by the Active Duty member. TDY DoD Civilians have special access to utilize DFAC Facilities.
MEALS
The menu for all DFAC Facilities changes monthly, allowing for more options to cycle through the dining hall. Healthy choices can be found in our online documents: “Go for Green” and “Be Fit Eat Fit.”
