Civilian Personnel

On behalf of the 42d Wing Commander, Civilian Personnel assures that certain programs and services are offered. They provide comprehensive advisory services to Commanders, key managers, supervisors, and employees through a range of human resource management functions.

This flight ensures that all support complies with federal laws, regulations, and Air Force directives throughout all sorts of programs such as recruitment, appointments, classifications, promotions, reassignments, disciplinary actions, demotions, compensations, and separations. They also represent management for all Labor/Union activities.

Services provided by the Civilian Personnel include labor-management or employee-management relations, affirmative employment programs, and employment development/training.
